10 Bosses Who Took Their Employees Out For Dinner and Made Them Pay, Roasted in This Viral Thread

People have been taking their employers and putting them on blast following a viral thread posted to the r/antiwork subreddit.

Reddit user u/BrushProfessional350 went out for dinner with their boss and coworkers to celebrate a good year of business. By all counts, it seemed to be a company dinner. Nothing was indicating that the purpose of this gathering was a bunch of friends were going out for a bite to eat. The boss said it was to celebrate the year, so it must be covered. Right?

u/BrushProfessional350's shock and horror, their boss, pulled out the reverse uno card at the last minute. 

u/BrushProfessional350 describes the event in their original post: 

"So my boss said we should go celebrate a good year with a company dinner. In the end, he goes, 'So this technically isn't on the company dime, so I'm going to need you all to individually pay for your meals.'"
